At ClarityNail, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Opened or used nail products
• Sale items (unless faulty)

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@ClarityNail.store with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
